I was really pleasantly surprised by how well this ring has worked. It's provided me with a distraction when I am anxious and would usually resort to finger picking. I've only been wearing the ring for a few weeks but in this short time my fingers have almost completely healed and I've not caused any new picking injuries. The ring is also stunning and I've had multiple compliments on it simply as a piece of jewellery and then when I explain it's purpose, people are amazed how pretty and functional it is.
