CAN I GET EXPRESS DELIVERY
Australia Post Express service can be selected for an additional charge during checkout. Please note this does not guarantee next day delivery.

CUSTOMS TAXES
Please note that we are not responsible for another country's taxes or customs charges which may be imposed when your parcel is delivered, nor any delays in transit. Hey Luna is not responsible for any charges incurred for receiving orders internationally, and any customs charges and taxes (including VAT) are payable by the receiver.
We will not accept parcels back for a refund where the customer has chosen to reject customs charges, as these are the responsibility of the customer.
